OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro Gets Enhanced one-hand Usage with the Latest Open Beta 9

Earlier this month OnePlus 7 Pro received OxygenOS Open Beta 9 update with new features including one-handed mode and the December security patch. The update, however, wasn’t made available for the OnePlus 7 until now. But now, the OxygenOS Open Beta 9 update is rolling out and available to download for both OnePlus 7 and the OnePlus 7 Pro device.

However, the latest OxygenOS Open Beta 9 build comes with enhanced one-hand usage for the dialer app and also brings the latest January security patch. The OxygenOS Open Beta 9 also includes some other system-wide changes. This includes a more optimized network for better gaming experience and Improved system stability and general bugs fixes.

Beta 9 also fixes the weather app crashing issue. This also brings Zen Mode V1.5.0 for supported OnePlus Account login, synchronization of badges and historical data.

If you have already installed and running any previous beta version on your device then you should be getting the latest beta build on your device.

However, users still running on the Android 9 must update to Open Beta 5 first in order to successfully update to the latest OxygenOS Open Beta 9.
