The latest Genshin Impact update 2.2 will be available on October 13 to download on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Android, Microsoft Windows, iOS, and PlayStation 5. According to the details on the PlayStation Blog, the upcoming Genshin Impact update 2.2 brings the last of the six major islands of Inazuma and Thoma as a new playable character, together with his Hangout Event. The update will also add new challenges in Inazuma with Tartaglia and Xinyan.

With the latest Genshin Impact update 2.2 Players will also get a chance to receive Predator, a special bow tailor-made for Aloy, and free five-star crossover character Savior From Another World Aloy.

Further, update 2.2 is also said to bring more functions to the existing gameplay. A new Inazuma-themed realm layout Silken Courtyard can now be unlocked by Travelers who have leveled up their Sacred Sakura’s Favor to Level 40. More Inazuma-style Furnishing Blueprints are also added in the coming version.

Apart from all the above changes, the upcoming update is also said to bring more features to the PS5’s Dual Sence Wireless controller.
