Bioshock: The Collection is Now Free on Epic Games Store

A surprise freebie is on the way for those who love BioShock. Epic Games has announced Bioshock: The Collection, which includes remastered versions of the original game, Bioshock 2, and BioShock Infinite. It will be free to download until Thursday, June 2 at 8 AM PT/11 AM ET. Then, it will be replaced by a third mystery game.

The full collection package of the BioShock games is now free on the Epic Games Store. BioShock is one of the most popular first-person shooters of the PS3/Xbox 360 era.

It has mixed reviews, and BioShock Infinite has a complex legacy. BioShock 2 is one of the best games in the series and its Minerva’s Den DLC is included.

Free Games

The free game will appear on the Epic Games Store every Thursday. The title is announced a week ahead of time, and a clue is revealed at 5pm. The next week, it will be the sequel to BioShock 2.

The free version of the game is not available for everyone. If you live in Russia, you might have a hard time getting it.

If you live outside of the United States, you can purchase the game from the Epic Games Store for free, but you may want to hold off on purchasing BioShock The Collection until June 2nd evening. You might have to wait until the next secret game is revealed.
