FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH

Square Enix has rolled out the 1.001 update for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth on PC. The latest patch brings important stability improvements, bug fixes, and an update to DirectStorage for better performance.

The patch 1.001 enhances overall game stability by addressing several bugs that previously affected gameplay. A notable fix ensures that graphics settings on the Steam Deck now correctly apply saved preferences when launching the game, rather than defaulting to the ‘Low’ preset.

For players on NVIDIA DLSS-supported PCs, the game will now default to DLSS for Anti-Aliasing to optimize performance and image quality. Additionally, the DirectStorage DLL has been updated to the latest version, further improving load times and system efficiency.
