Vivo X300 FE Gears Up for Global Launch After Securing Key Certification

Vivo is preparing for the international debut of its upcoming X300 FE smartphone, as the device has cleared a major certification that signals readiness for markets beyond China. The model, bearing the number V2537, has received approval from the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), a regulatory body overseeing product standards across Europe and several Eurasian countries.

This step, combined with earlier listings in global databases, points to a worldwide rollout possibly as soon as November, following the main X300 series launch in China on October 13.

The EEC nod is a common green light for consumer electronics entering European markets, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental rules. Vivo first teased the X300 FE through an IMEI database entry last month, confirming its identity as the more budget-friendly option in the X300 lineup.

Unlike the flagship X300 and X300 Pro, which pack high-end features like the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor and advanced cameras, the FE model aims to offer solid performance at a lower price point, appealing to a wider audience.

While full specs remain under wraps, leaks suggest the X300 FE could be a rebranded version of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini, slated for China in November. Drawing from its predecessor, the X200 FE, it might feature a compact 6.31-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling, a triple-camera setup including a 50MP main sensor and a 50MP telephoto lens for zoom shots, plus an 8MP ultrawide for landscapes.

Expect a mid-range processor, ample battery life, and Vivo’s signature fast charging to keep it competitive against phones like the Samsung Galaxy A55 or Google Pixel 8a.

Vivo’s strategy with the FE line has been to bridge the gap between entry-level and premium devices, and the X300 FE fits that mold by launching closer to its siblings than the X200 FE did—months after the main series.

The global timing aligns with Vivo’s push into Europe and Asia, where the X300 and X300 Pro are expected in December. Pricing could start around $400 to $500, making it an attractive pick for those wanting Vivo’s camera prowess without the flagship cost.

Vivo hasn’t commented officially, but the certification fast-tracks the phone’s path to shelves. As the X300 series event nears, more details should emerge—keep an eye out for a global reveal that could shake up the mid-range market.
