Developer Grimlore Games and publisher THQ Nordic have shared Titan Quest 2 early access roadmap for updates through 2026.
The game, loved for its combat and build variety, already has an 85% positive rating on Steam from over 7,500 reviews. Grimlore plans to add new content every three months, with smaller fixes and tweaks every six weeks. Hotfixes will roll out as needed to keep things smooth.
By the end of 2025, players can expect a new story chapter with fresh areas, enemies, and challenges. A character creator is also coming, letting you design your hero.
Plus, a new mastery will be added, shown as a character in leather armor wielding a hammer, giving more ways to customize your playstyle.
In 2026, more chapters, items, enemies, bosses, quests, and masteries will arrive to Titan Quest 2. The game will also get crafting, better multiplayer (currently in preview mode), and support for more languages like German and Chinese.
Grimlore aims for at least six masteries by the full release, focusing on quality over quantity. They’re also working on endgame content but are prioritizing a polished campaign for now.
The Early Access price is $29.99, but it will rise to $49.99 when the full version launches in late 2026. The game will hit consoles at that time too. Grimlore confirmed no microtransactions or loot boxes, though paid DLCs or expansions might come later. Mounts won’t be added, as they could mess with the game’s pacing and combat.
