Blizzard has released the Diablo 4 Patch 2.1.2 notes that will go live on February 18, 2025, across all platforms. The latest Diablo 4 patch notes bring quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes to the base game and the ongoing Season 7 of Witchcraft. Players can expect stability improvements, UI fixes, and balance changes to improve gameplay experience.

The latest patch also adds a new Nightmare Dungeon Affix to guarantee a Forgotten Altar Spawn. This affix will only be an option on Nightmare Dungeon Sigils for the remainder of Season of Witchcraft.

Vessel of Hatred – Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Bloodhorn, the boss of the Forgotten Remains dungeon, could become unkillable when transitioning phases.
  • Fixed an issue where Portable Anvils from Scrolls of Forging could block interactions with other objects.

Season of Witchcraft

  • New Nightmare Dungeon Affix: Guarantees a Forgotten Altar Spawn, available for the remainder of the season.
  • Dorian the Raven Can Now Be Petted: Players can now interact with Dorian, a companion introduced in Season of Witchcraft.
  • Decay Augmentation Tooltip Updated: Now clarifies that it enhances Witch Powers, rather than all effects.

  • Fixed an issue where Ashava’s Slam Attack impact warning was not displaying correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where Druid’s Wolves did not apply Fortify with the Ferocious Wolf Pack upgrade.
  • Fixed an issue where Ring of Mendeln’s damage was not scaling correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where Pit Boss Echo Attacks could trigger immediately after one another.
  • Fixed an issue where Echo of Lilith could repeatedly use Death from Above if staggered immediately after landing.

User Interface & User Experience Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the Armory Loadout icon persisted on items no longer in a loadout.
  • Fixed an issue preventing players from marking items as Favorite or Junk if they were part of an Armory Loadout.
  • Fixed an issue where Party Finder listings for The Pit or Undercity of Kurast appeared joinable while in progress.
  • Fixed an issue where Minion Damage Bonuses did not correctly display in the Character Stats Window.
  • Fixed multiple issues with Wardrobe, Gems, and Pigment modification menus.

Miscellaneous Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where players were charged twice for opening a Pit portal.
  • Various improvements to stability, performance, visuals, audio, and UI.
