Realme GT 8 Pro Aston Martin F1 Edition Launches November 10 with Racing-Inspired Design and Exclusive F1 User Interface

Realme has announced the launch of its special GT 8 Pro Aston Martin F1 Edition, a limited-run smartphone that brings high-speed performance with the thrill of Formula 1 racing. This eye-catching phone is created in partnership with the luxury car brand Aston Martin, and it will hit shelves in China on November 10. The phone features a sleek design and a custom user interface packed with F1-themed.

This is the second time Realme has teamed up with Aston Martin, following the GT 7 F1 Edition earlier this year. The GT 8 Pro Aston Martin F1 Edition keeps the powerful guts of the standard GT 8 Pro but wraps them in a fresh look inspired by Aston Martin’s green racing cars.

Features and Specs

The back panel features “Aston Martin Green” with silver accents, including a two-wing logo that mimics the aerodynamic shapes of F1 vehicles. In the center, you’ll find the Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team badge, giving it a premium, race-ready vibe. The phone body measures just 8.4mm thick and weighs 225 grams, so it feels light and easy to hold during long sessions.

What sets this edition apart is the exclusive F1 user interface. Realme has customised the software with fun racing elements, like boot animations that show a car zooming to life, dynamic wallpapers of F1 tracks and cars, and special effects when the phone charges – think sparks and speed lines.

There’s even a GT mode that tweaks settings for smoother gaming and a unique camera watermark with the Aston Martin logo for your photos. All this runs on Android 15 with Realme UI 7, promising three years of updates to keep things fresh.

Under the hood, the phone packs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, so apps open fast and you can save tons of files. The phone has a 6.79-inch flat OLED screen, sharp 2K resolution and a refresh rate at 144Hz for buttery-smooth scrolling and videos. Its brightness hits 6,000 nits in spots for clear views even in direct sunlight.

On the battery part, the phone comes with a 7,000mAh battery that is said to last up to two days on moderate use with features like watching streams or playing games. It charges super quick at 120W wired – full in about 30 minutes – and supports 50W wireless for cable-free top-ups.

The Camera

Talking about the camera, the Realme GT 8 Pro Aston Martin F1 sports a 200MP main lens for detailed shots, a 50MP ultra-wide for landscapes, and another 50MP telephoto for zooming in close. Up front, a 32MP selfie camera handles video calls and group photos. Realme has also added Ricoh’s imaging tech for better colors and low-light performance, plus a special replaceable rear camera module with F1-inspired details.
