During the latest monthly OxygenOS FAQs session, OnePlus revealed that the floating window functionality in Game Mode will soon be available to OnePlus devices including OnePlus 6 and later models.
While giving a reply to a frequently asked question regarding the floating window in Game Mode, OnePlus replied that floating window function in Game Mode will soon be available for OnePlus 6 and later devices including OnePlus Nord, OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 7 series.
OnePlus says that the floating window function will be accessed through the gaming tools box. Users will not only get WhatsApp & Instagram floating windows, but will also be able to switch on mis-touch prevention, screen recorder, notification and Fnatic Mode.
OnePlus revealed that the floating window function in Game Mode will initially be available for OnePlus 7 / 7 Pro / 7T / 7T Pro users to try in the next Open Beta Test (OBT version). You can check out more FAQs related to the OxygenOS on the official forum post here.
