In its fiscal year that begins in April 2022 and ends in April 2023, the studio plans to release several games. From Ubisoft’s earnings report today: Ubisoft slated that Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, Avatar Frontiers of Pandora and Skull & Bones are set to release within FY23 (by March 31).
Sparks of Hope will feature an all-new game mode where players take control of a group of three characters. They’ll have turn-based combat scenarios and special abilities. In the game, players can dash through enemies and team jump to climb higher ground. There will also be a new game mode where players can jump through gaps to cross.
Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is based on the James Cameron film series. It will be developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft.
Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope is an action-adventure game developed by Ubisoft Milan. The developer has also promised that Skull & Bones will release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in FY23.
Despite the upcoming games, Ubisoft is still developing its offer. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and Skull & Bones will launch in the fiscal year 2023, and both are free to play. The developer says the intention is to continue expanding its intellectual property and reach a wider audience with its games.
