Sony has announced its next gaming controller, the DualSense Edge for PlayStation 5. This premium wireless controller is similar to the Xbox Elite controller range in that it offers premium features and is highly customisable. The DualSense Edge controller allows players to change the stick cap and back buttons, as well as set their trigger travel distance and save custom control maps for each game. The DualSense Edge controller is expected to launch in Q2 of this year. For more details, check out the official PlayStation website.
The DualSense Edge Wireless Controller was first teased at Gamescom 2022 Opening Night Live. It is said to be a pro-grade version of the PlayStation 5 gamepad, and features new triggers and interchangeable thumbsticks.

It also features a built-in microphone for immersive haptic feedback. It also reportedly allows players to create custom controller profiles. Sony has yet to reveal pricing or a release date, so stay tuned for more information!
The new DualSense Edge Wireless controller is designed for local multiplayer games on the PlayStation 5 console. It is a wireless controller but supports both Bluetooth and WiFi.
This means that you can play PS5 games on your PC, Mac, and TV with a DualSense wireless controller. It supports macOS 11.3, iOS 14.5, iPadOS 14.5, and tvOS 14.5. It also supports PlayStation Network, which requires a PlayStation Network account.
