Prerequisites
Before you can get the Crest of Wanderer, you need to complete these tasks:
- Unlock the Silkspear Skill: Find this in Mosshome by breaking a cocoon in the large central room. Attack the glowing cocoon to gain the skill.
- Defeat the Bell Beast: This boss is in The Marrow. Beat it to unlock new paths.
- Get the Sprint Step Ability: Find this in Deep Docks. From the Deep Docks bench, go up and right to a cocoon. Break it to get the Sprint Step, which lets you dash in mid-air.

Steps to Get the Crest of Wanderer
- Buy a Simple Key:
- Go to Bone Bottom and find Pebb, a brown bug near the Bellways entrance on the right.
- Buy a Simple Key from Pebb for 500 Rosaries.
- If you don’t have enough Rosaries, farm them in Mosshome. From the bench at the border of Mosshome and The Marrow, go left to a cavern with bugs. Defeat them for Rosaries, return to the bench to rest, and repeat until you have 500 Rosaries.
- Head to Mosshome:
- With the Simple Key, take the lift from Bone Bottom to Mosshome.
- In the room above the lift, use Sprint Step to dash across hanging cages. Keep dashing through the next room, past a big bug that shoots acid.
- Enter the Wormways:
- Use the Simple Key to unlock a door in Mosshome. This leads to the Wormways, a dark, cramped area with giant worms.
- Enter the Wormways through the southernmost entrance. Head west, avoiding worms. Skip the first hole in the floor and drop down the second one.
- Reach the Chapel of the Wanderer:
- Follow the path west until you exit the Wormways and arrive in a new part of Bone Bottom, on the far western side.
- You’ll find the Chapel of the Wanderer, a small area with a gauntlet challenge.
- Complete the Chapel Challenge:
- Inside the chapel, you’ll face a room with multiple enemies. Use your Silkspear and Sprint Step to fight or dodge them.
- Defeat all enemies to unlock the Crest of Wanderer. It will appear in the center of the room for you to collect.
