Atari has announced the price and release date for its new handheld console, the Atari Gamestation Go, created with My Arcade. This portable device, packed with over 200 classic games, will launch on October 24, 2025, and costs $179.99. Fans can pre-order it now at GameStop, EB Games, or Atari’s website.
The Gamestation Go brings back iconic Atari games from the 2600, 5200, 7800, and arcade eras, including Pac-Man, Asteroids, Missile Command, and Centipede.
It also features modern versions like Asteroids: Recharged and Centipede: Recharged, plus games from Jaleco and Piko Interactive, such as Bases Loaded and Top Racer. Balls of Steel pinball tables add variety to the collection.

The console has a 7-inch high-resolution screen and unique controls, including a paddle, trackball, D-pad, numeric keypad, and classic gamepad buttons. A “SmartGlow” feature lights up the right controls for each game, making it easy to play.
It also supports Wi-Fi for updates, has a rechargeable battery for 4-5 hours of play, and can connect to a TV via HDMI for big-screen gaming with external controllers.
Atari and My Arcade designed the Gamestation Go to blend retro fun with modern features. It’s lightweight and portable, perfect for gaming anywhere.
