BenQ has launched MOBIUZ EX271QZ, a 27-inch monitor that combines sharp 1440p resolution with an ultra-quick 500Hz refresh rate. This new monitor uses advanced OLED technology to deliver smooth visuals and vibrant colors, making it a strong pick for competitive players who need every edge in fast-action games.
The EX271QZ stands out for its ability to update images on screen 500 times per second, which helps reduce blur during quick movements like dodging in shooters or racing turns.
At 27 inches with 1440p clarity—offering detailed visuals without overwhelming lower-end computers—it fits well on most desks. The OLED panel provides deep blacks and bright highlights, creating a more immersive experience with rich colors that pop in games.
It also includes over 120 preset color modes tuned specifically for popular titles, so scenes in games like shooters or adventures look just right without extra tweaks.
BenQ packed in practical extras too. A built-in KVM switch lets you control multiple computers from one keyboard and mouse, ideal for switching between gaming and work setups.
It supports high dynamic range (HDR) for better contrast in bright and dark areas, and comes with DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 ports for connecting to modern graphics cards or consoles. While it doesn’t have the newest DisplayPort 2.1, it uses a compression trick to reach full speed without issues.
Priced at $899, the EX271QZ slots between rivals like Samsung’s Odyssey G60SF ($999) and MSI’s MAG 272QP QD-OLED X50 ($799), offering good value with its custom game profiles and sturdy build.
It will hit U.S. stores in February 2026, with global availability to follow. BenQ says this monitor is part of a bigger push into OLED gaming, joining 4K models like the EX271UZ and EX321UZ that run at 240Hz for story-driven games.
