We have been hearing about Intel’s 8 Core 16 Thread Coffee Lake CPU for quite sometimes now and there has been a number of leaks and rumors in the past that Intel has been working on a Coffee lake based 8-cores and a 16-threads processor for years and today the Intel’s 8 Core/16 thread CPU has been spotted again at SiSoftware benchmark site.
The site also revealed some of the specs of Intel’s upcoming 8 Core/16 thread CPU or maybe it could be the alleged Intel Core i7-8900K. Well, it is not yet confirmed that what Intel’s 8 Core/16 thread CPU could potentially be called.
However, the site revealed a base clock of 2.6 GHz with missing boost clock detail. The upcoming 8 core CPU from Intel also appears to have 16 MB of L3 cache and 2 MB of L2 cache making a total of 18 MB of chase memory.

Alongside these two, Intel will also be launching Z390 chipset which will be supported by all current-gen 300-series CPUs which might also be compatible with upcoming Intel Core i7-8900K.
